The 2019 Eagles have flown the coop and landed in Las Vegas for a week long golf adventure and other Vegas activities...
Boulder Creek Golf Club the first stop. A desert course that requires flying the arroyo in every fairway (what's an arroyo anyway???).
Next stop, Zippy's??.....No, Rhodes Ranch Golf Club with green, green fairways lined with homes. Twilight Zone...Is this Hawaii? This course sure gives the Hawaii feel but with a little longer grass and a little more trouble lurking.
Last and definitely not least...Royal Links Golf Club did someone request a challenge? A links course "inspired by a different famous golf hole on a course where the Open Championship has been played". They even had deep bunkers everywhere some with stairs to get in and walls must be about 5 feet high.
All in all, a great time. Can't forget the slot tournament where Jeanette hit the jackpot!!!
And all the talk about Mary who won a jackpot of her own 236,640...pennies and so fitting the screen shows an
eagle swooping in for the landing.
Thank You Kane, The Prez. Great job in challenging us and for all your work planning this fabulous adventure.
